Let's talk quality: a proper About page and a free QA coffee
Why I finally built a proper About page, where I can genuinely help, and how to book a free 30-minute QA coffee.
For years, the "About Author" link on this blog simply sent you to my LinkedIn profile. That was fine for a CV, but it never answered the question people actually ask me after a talk or a post: could you help us with this?
So this week I built a proper About page. It brings together nearly 20 years in software quality, what I learned shipping BowSmith by directing AI agent teams, my conference talks, and my chapter "Quality at Machine Speed" in AI Transformation.
Where I can genuinely help
- Release decisions you can defend, across many teams rather than one.
- Quality in regulated and safety-critical work: ASPICE, ISO 26262, IoT and embedded delivery.
- AI-assisted delivery that stays trustworthy, with the evidence and gates to back it.
- Turning testers into AI operators, so quality people gain value as AI arrives instead of losing it.
The page lists a few more, and it's honest about what I'm not the right fit for.
A free 30-minute QA coffee
The simplest way to start is a QA coffee: 30 minutes online, free. You bring one problem. A release gate nobody trusts, a quality report executives stopped reading, a test team unsure where it fits now that AI writes code.
We probably won't solve it in half an hour, but you'll leave with a sharper question and one concrete next step. I keep only a few slots a month, so each one gets proper attention.
For longer advisory sessions, workshops or talks, in English or Polish, the details are on the About page. If something about quality, release decisions or AI-assisted delivery is on your desk, I'd be glad to hear about it.
