HUSTEF 2025 - one of top 3 conferences in Europe

I was back at Hustef after my talk in 2018 where I was and expert in automation combined with security scanners, now 7 years and pandemic later I had the prieledge to present a framework for remote leadership for teams.

However before we go th the presentations and keynotes on the First day I went to a workshop with Tariq King about AI and its future on QA work. I am a big fan of him and his insights so only the best from my side and a strong reccomendation if You see Tariq on agenda please use the opportunity.
Then I got some time for sightseeing assnd Budapest in one of pearls of Europe with great night lights and buildings to see from riveside and in the downtown, also food is great and plenty of traditional reataurants and superb places to try food from all ouver the world, I chosen a traditional 100 years old Hungarian Soup and loved it.

Okay, so now back to the Conference. I had a previlage to represent Carrier HVAC for the first time in Europe as a new owner of Viessmann brand. I shared best practices that I try to use for remote leadership for our teams. Also had a blad in the venue that wasand old Railroad Museum. We got a Speakers room to remember, in a restored train cart from early 1900s.

There was a very strong lineou packed with headliners on the stage to mention Gojko, Rob, Tariq, Gitte and in the track talks list was packed with a strong Polish representation by Grzegorz, Magda, Tomek, Marta, Dawid and myself, also a lot of great international speakers like Paul, Ard, Mike, Steve, Vitaly and many more..
